Service was good and fast. Even though I had an issue with some light damage they stood by it. Great customer service. I recommend them.
I just wanna give a big shout out to Shane Burleigh and Derrick Hewitt and the team at this Estes terminal. We had recently worked with a new customer who was experiencing downtime from machinery failures, who had to expedite one of the machines for repair. After that machine was fixed, the back up machine needed to be repaired and we needed to get it picked up quickly, and I worked through Derrick and Shane to promptly get a regular service pick up made and moving. Nice people
I just had a horrible experience with your company. 1st my appointment was set without my consent, then your driver didn’t make the appointment. Then my appointment was rescheduled for today between 1000-1400 and the driver called me at 1415 which is not a big deal but then the driver cops an attitude with my wife saying he had been there for half an hour and just unloaded shipment onto the sidewalk. Absolutely terrible.
The man who helped me load my item was great, everyone else that I talked with prior to him, they need to find jobs they can actually do correctly...nobody seems to know what is going on in that company!
