Honestly the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled them for Monday and told them they needed to call an hour beforehand given we’re moving and live an hour away from the delivery site. On Thursday I got a text saying they would arrive in 10 minutes. Of course this doesn’t work. The driver tells me to contact them to reschedule. Then I get a notification it was delivered (wrong). I call the company and schedule it for Friday. I get a confirmation email saying Friday. Friday comes and goes. No delivery. No idea ... read more
Total rip off and customer service is unfortunately clueless or else they are playing games and wasting their customers time.
Jonathan, who I believe is the dock manager at this location, is a rockstar. It's a long story, but he moved heaven and earth to accommodate me and my tight deadline. His understanding of my urgency and ability to pivot and get it done is so appreciated (the delivery driver is equally appreciated). Thank you, Jonathan and the team at the San Fernando Valley location!
