Total rip off and customer service is unfortunately clueless or else they are playing games and wasting their customers time.
Jonathan, who I believe is the dock manager at this location, is a rockstar. It's a long story, but he moved heaven and earth to accommodate me and my tight deadline. His understanding of my urgency and ability to pivot and get it done is so appreciated (the delivery driver is equally appreciated). Would give zero stars if possible. Truly horrific customer service. Scheduled for Tuesday between 10 to 2. Didn't come. Called them. Said it was delayed and would come between 4 and 6. Didn't come. Called the next day and rescheduled for Thursday. Same thing happened. No communication at all. So, wasted two days waiting for something that still is not here. Use another shipper if you can. Edit to say that while Estes itself really needs to figure out a better way to communicate and ensure that they can meet their commitments... read more
