My worse experience with Estes yet! As a Covenant driver that Pretrip every load for safety reasons. Tonight 2-24-25 @ 9:45 pm was like any other time and right off to rip. Hear mass air leak from dolly and started looking for the leak. A Estes driver seen me and heard air came over even though he load was ready and he had his paperwork. Nice driver! This is an absolute garbage shipping company that doesn't even deserve the 1 star! We ordered an electric fireplace from Lowe's on 11/30 that was scheduled for delivery on 12/6. That day came and went with no delivery. Several more days passed with no updates and zero communication. Finally on 12/11, my husband spent a ridiculous amount of time calling around trying to track down our shipment and found out it was sitting in the back of a warehouse across town.
