My delivery was scheduled for Friday 17 October between the hours of 1200 and 1700. Yes, I took a day off of work to accept this scheduled delivery. I called dispatch and corporate multiple times during the day to ensure the driver would call or text when 30 minutes out. I went above and beyond to set Estes up for success with my delivery!
