Absolutely terrible shipping service. Delivered my Amerihood for my F150 damaged beyond repair. The driver delivered to a clerk in the parts department instead of to the body shop as directed. Driver said he was in a hurry, unloaded it with a pallet lift against directions and said there was no time for an inspection. Got the clerk to just sign, slashed through the delivery location and left.
We are very satisfied with our communication with Jacqueline Caceres, who always responds to emails extremely quickly and gives us satisfactory answers to questions such as pickup needs and estimated time of arrival of the driver at our location, City of Inductry, 91745, thank you so much for your help Jacqueline Caceres:)
Had an encounter with the " dispatch manager " Emmanuel..and I will leave it at that...
