Emmanuel or Manny ? Who works In the dispatch center intentionally missing our pick-up appointments. Never let the driver wait for even 10 minutes to get the truck loaded. Worst dispatcher experiences. We’ve been doing business as a shipper for over 10 years. Never seen anything like this. Stop being a bully when your job is just to dispatch a few trucks. Otherwise, the drivers and other dispatchers are awesome.
Terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible shipping service. Delivered my Amerihood for my F150 damaged beyond repair. The driver delivered to a clerk in the parts department instead of to the body shop as directed. Driver said he was in a hurry, unloaded it with a pallet lift against directions and said there was no time for an inspection. Got the clerk to just sign, slashed through the delivery location and left.
