Estes is a good place to work for my husband. The terminal manager Brad is very personable and fair. His fellow employees are all hard workers and work as a good team. My husband enjoys working here!
The Springfield location was fine. Working with the company as a whole was a disaster! They were the lowest priced bid to ship my item but... failed to pick it up on the first attempt, wouldn't let me pay, invoice didn't match the BOL OR the quote (nothing matched), invoiced me for more than 4Xs the original quote and then took over a week to correct it, I called and/or emailed daily and it took them forever to respond and resolve my issue, they attempted to deliver it and collect a check at the higher/wrong price and then I... read more
Not good communications with retailers!! Delivery was set for today With signature required. Lady I talked to said no signature required Still have no idea when I'll get my box
