This company is not good! Don’t trust them! Little do their customers know but ALL their deliveries are dropped off curbside apparently. They do not try and ring the door bell or call the contact number to ask where their customers want their stuff dropped off at. They just automatically drop it off at the road/curb and you never know it was delivered other than seeing it outside eventually. This countertop order was delivered today from Home Depot. It was ripped, torn, covered in oil grease, footprints all over the box. The butcher block surface was gouged and looked like someone took a hammer to it. The driver was supposed to call before delivering, but no call, no texts. Just an email saying it had been delivered. I arrived 10 minutes later to fond my countertop laying against my fence one end pointing to the sky at an angle. I've waited for this 10 foot long countertop for over a month. I purchased a transmission. They hired these guys, gave them the wrong address and when I called the first time to correct it, I was told that although they know I'm the buyer I needed to speak to the shipper to change its delivery. I tried to ask another, different question. This woman out of their Grand Junction Estes express location.
