Never showed up to pick up shipment on the day scheduled. After calling 3 times I was finally told they would not be here. They had to schedule for the next day. Now we are on the next day and still no pickup. If shipment doesn't go out today, we will receive a charge back of $550.

Man, I was just cruising around your parking lot in my rollerblades with some tunes on that fresh asphalt when one of your drivers gave me the boot. It's all good though, liability issues I guess. Anyway, have five stars because he told me to leave in a stern yet polite manner.
I purchased a snow blower from Lowe's Home Center NE to be delivered by Estes on 12/9/25 by 2:38 PM. At 4:00 PM I called Estes and was told to expect delivery by 6:00 PM. My product never got delivered. I called on 12/10/25 and was told the truck broke down on 12/9/25, but my product would be delivered by 4:00 PM. My product was not delivered as promised, so I call Estes again at 4:45 PM and was told that the truck was in an accident and the back door was jammed.
