We ordered a building that had to be assembled by us. Imagine my surprise when the delivery driver left it in the road in front of my house on a pallet and just left. It has been blocking part of the road for the past two days because I can’t move it. I called them as soon as I realized what happened and they said they were coming to get it, but never did. This place is a joke.
Outstanding job at the Lexington Kentucky facility. The young lady and the young man that helped me were to notch. Great customer service .
POLITE AND HELPFUL
Horrible experience, lost our shipment then I found out after hours calling them that it got miss-placed and shipped to west coast. Unprofessional and unorganized at the highest level. Hope they go out of business soon due to such negligence!!!!!Stay away from this carrier if you want to save time and money.
