Horrible experience, lost our shipment then I found out after hours calling them that it got miss-placed and shipped to west coast. Unprofessional and unorganized at the highest level. Hope they go out of business soon due to such negligence!!!!!Stay away from this carrier if you want to save time and money.
Estes recently facilitated the transport and delivery of a new playground for my kiddos from Overstock.com. The local Estes facility in Lexington was very responsive to my communications and put me in touch with their last-mile delivery company on the day of my delivery. The last-mile delivery folks were spectacular! They broke down the very large pallet that the playground arrived in while it was still in the back of their truck.
