If you need something delivered no matter what this is the company to go for ! Johnny has to walk 2-3 blocks with a pallet jack to drop off my oven at my house ! Thank you gouts for the excellent work
Driver Johnnie Maddox (i hope i got his name right)met me at Newport Casey outside Wapello today.Your company should be proud to employee this gentleman! Polite, Courteous, and very efficient.He talks highly of Estes.Personally being in the trucking industry for 40 years this is a rare trait.Please convey this to him,so many times people don't get the "That a boy" or pat on the back they deserve .Thank you all!!
Called the day prior to make sure I was home for the delivery so it would be put in the right spot, said they had my number and would call me 30 mins ahead of delivery. Next day got no call and the driver just dropped the pallet at the end of my driveway blocking most of it and off of the concrete. So even if i did have a pallet jack I can't move it.
Our delivery guys name was Johnny Maddox he did amazing! Very nice gentlemen happy with our delivery. Thank you Johnny and Estes!
