I had four pallets shipped in for pickup and the Staff was super helpful and called me when my freight arrived. I will definitely use this company again due to their location and the friendliness of the staff.
July 2, 2026. This guy dangerously cut me off for no good reason in Carlisle, IA. He almost hit my truck without any second thought about safety or common courtesy. Stop hiring mentally unstable people to drive heavy trucks!
Drivers are the worst I've seen on the road, lot of damaged freight and miss delivered
Estes lost our pallet but I do have to give Brandi at the Des Moines location 5 stars as she went above and beyond to locate our shipment that ended up 2 hours north of us. Our local depot would not look into it or answer my calls after the 1st day.
