Estes lost our pallet but I do have to give Brandi at the Des Moines location 5 stars as she went above and beyond to locate our shipment that ended up 2 hours north of us. Our local depot would not look into it or answer my calls after the 1st day.
I've spent the last few days being given a 6+ hour delivery window in which a person has assured me they will fedinitely deliver each day. In our most recent call, the person on the phone tried to say the delivery drivers attempted but I was unavailable. They never attemped which can be confirmed by security cameras. When I pointed out that I had definitely been available, the phone operator did not seem the least bit concerned or surprised. Estes.... Well I'll start this off saying most people at this Estes location are great!!! I think this issue only applies to one person there. We were scheduled for a delivery and never got a call from the drive to tell us when he was 30 ins out. We ended up call a total of 3 times. The first 2 was at the end of our delivery time window and was told things are running late should be 30-40mins. Ok no big deal still should get the delivery today, I can understand things happen. 2-3 hours after delivery time window.... Nothing ... read more
If I could give a zero I would. They LOST my order and didn't tell anyone! I had to call amazon and they did some digging to find out. It had be lost for over a week! I wish I could review NSD on here as well they are even worse.
So many expensive payments and vary rude costumer service and sounds like a scam
