I know this guy personally and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!! He is dirty old snake of a man. He is cheap. He does have 41 years in the business. He HAS TAUGHT MORE THAN A FEW local dentist how to do their job but he doesnt care anymore. He does this because he is bored and old. He really only wants to deal with extraction nowadays because its quick and he can get more people in to the office that way. I feel like someone needs to call someone on this office . the office is very dirty and i recently called him and he is very rude and to old to pull teeth. never been in a dental office that was so dirty and the bathroom ...omg needs help...THIS OFFICE NEED TO BE REPORT.......
I just called Estes 727-2100, the lady i talked to was rude, made me feel like i was taking up her time,. I told her i seen the add on tv dentures for 199.00.so i ask is that correct, an she said it was just for uppers, not lowers. so i ask how much for lowers. and she said 395.00. at this point im a little confused. So i ask this time is that for both top and bottom and she said i just told you 395.00 a set. Just went here he is a very good dentist and he is very understanding I would recommend him to anyone.
So i went to him a few days ago and i will agree that he is terrible. Although he seems to have his heart in the right place. When i was there he was very rude borderline slander. I know my teeth are bad but i dont need someone yelling at me about how bad they are. He did attempt to pull a tooth out but because of my infection he could not really numb me that well and i couldnt take the pain. I think it was God who sent me to this dental clinic. I was treated with such respect and kindness, these professional people actually care. They worked with me on my payment not to mention when my tooth was pulled I felt no pain because the dentist was so good at what he has been doing for 41 years. I recommend anyone to call if you are in need of dental care. I called and was seen the very same day. I am deeply grateful for the kind, professional way I was treated during my visit. Absolute worse experience ever! That smiling man you see in the picture is actually a very RUDE person that offers no refunds, nothing... YOU ARE BETTER OFF cutting down a tree and making your own wooden teeth. The drs office is dirty and unsanitary, surprised he is still in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHARACTER!
