my son has been a patient of Estes for several years now. And at first we were semi impressed with him but in recent things have gotten really cruddy.after calling and leaving voicemails for 2 weeks they would not refill his medicine so we used our family doctor to get his medicine refilled and as a courtesy they sent a referral we didn't ask for it didn't intend for it but we got it. I have been using this provider for several years and have had a positive experience. This busy practice does have a strict attendance policy; however, this is necessary because there are so many people desperate to get mental health services. I have never had a problem with this policy because I maintain my appointments, and in the rare case I have to reschedule, I always communicate my issues.
