Dr. Juarez is the model of a caring and competent professional and always a delight. I called her office with a non-working hearing aid late one Friday, planning to leave town on vacation the next day, and she patiently diagnosed the problem and offered a working solution over the phone. :)

I can’t say enough good things about Estes Audiology in Dripping Springs! My mom relies on her Widex hearing aids, and when they needed repair, I called several places—most of them told me they wouldn’t help to look up the manufacture warranty, since we didn’t purchase the hearing aids from them. However, Estes Audiology was different. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, promptly taking in the hearing aids, ordering the necessary part, and even looking up the manufacturer’s warranty to get them fixed right away.
