I recently moved into Estero Woods Village, and the transition was incredibly smooth. The apartment was recently renovated, and I love all the modern features. The community amenities are a huge plus—I’m excited to take advantage of the nine-hole golf course, walking trails, and even join the Pickleball team. The office staff was wonderful, especially Mimi and Jill, who made the process seamless. I have been a Propr. Mgr. and R.E .Broker for the past 20 years. I know what I want to to see in a community and it is not all flash and sizzle. Recently moved here for personal reasons. Wanted a community that offered a gentle, quiet and peaceful experience. Found it at Estero Woods Village. I really enjoy this place. The apartments are well-maintained. The staff, Mimi and Jill, are always helpful and reliable. The laundry rooms are clean and the machines are effective and work great. The community is safe and I love walking and biking around the pleasant trails. The people here are friendly and the landscaping is beautiful. My kids and I love using the clean pool and playground. The gym is conveniently located, has great machines, and clean.

I have been living in Estero woods for nearly six years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. From the day I moved in, the management and staff have been incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure the residents feel at home and that the property is always well-maintained. I've been living here for over a year, and it's been an amazing experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issues. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally, which is such a relief. The community is gated, providing a sense of security, and it's packed with great amenities.
