Overall quality of the trades is poor, lack of project supervision doesn't help the final product. Buyer beware- many issues get discovered after the home is built, it is difficult to get them to fix/address these issues.
Such a beautiful location, tucked back into the end of the road among the trees. I love to see communities that keep the natural beauty of the area intact. So pretty, I'd love to live here. Convenient to 41 and shopping.
