Rudest leasing agent I have ever met. No other leasing office has ever haggled my partner and I as much as this place has. She not only lied about the application fee but refused to let my partner tour with me. Read the other reviews because this is not the first time they’ve been disrespectful and unprofessional. Oh and she was not wearing a mask at any time.
Lied about application fees - online they’re advertised as $50 each, in person we were told they’re $100 each. The woman we were scheduled to meet with today didn’t wear a mask, was very rude. I forgot my wallet at home therefore she refused to let me tour with my fiancé, even though she had her ID on her, and I was obviously planning on signing with her after the tour.
