Worst service dept. in All of Florida. Very poorly managed. Service begins one hour after your appointment time. Then add on actual service time. So plan on spending your day there. Ten years or the worst service and abuse of customers time. I no longer will be using them or purchasing vehicles from them. Anywhere else is a wiser choice. Avoid this dealer and keep your sanity. You’re warned!

Melanie was friendly. But I can’t understand why it is my job to purchase a product and do the labor involved to remove glue residue from door panels when the glue was left by the manufacturer and dealer.
