My experience with Estero Bay Chevrolet starts about 6 months ago when I purchased a used Chevy SS 2015 from them. That experience went fine although the price I got was just ok. They told me the car was already being held verbally by someone else but told me that since I was there they would sell the car to me instead. Selfishly, I didn't care much but it should have been a sign that they don't care much about their customers. Salesperson Richard Day could not have been more courteous, helpful or knowledgeable. He made the Chevrolet-buying experience a welcome change from what one typically experiences at a car dealership. I cannot praise or recommend Richard Day highly enough. I worked with sales rep David Fitzgerald and he changed my entire outlook on Chevy and GM. I’ve had a history of bad report with Chevy keeping me 8 hours of going back and forth knowing I had work later in the day. I didn’t experience that in any way with Dave. Dave is a straight shooter and WILL help you. He’s a military veteran and a really good guy. Dave gives off a personal vibe not a snake salesman vibe. I hope you go with Dave, there’s not many Dave’s out there.
