Roach infested. And even though its been fumigated... It still won't last you for a month. Sadly should have checked with other tenants too before heading in.
30 Esterbrooke- no working garbage chutes! You have to go across the parking lot and throw your garbage. They don’t tell you this beforehand. It is mentioned in a fine line in the lease. -Elevators are pretty small...one of the elevators is always out of service so you have to squeeze yourself in the elevator and people’s garbage bags touching your clothes...pretty disgusting. -Also the basement is a little scary. Clean apartment building. Good service from amazing people. Robert is the building super. Friendly people. Rental prices are sky rocketed for last few years, however they will never compromise with their service. They got a swimming pool. Underground garage is available for parking. Recently they opened a new area for BBQ. This is getting better and better...! I can recommend this apartment to anyone. If I can give 10 STARS I 🌟 would!
