There was a duck swimming in the pool
Just an FYI they do safety time 15 minutes before close and all kids need to come out of the water. We weren’t told this upon arrival assuming we’d have 40 minutes to swim. Paid almost $40 to swim for 20 minutes. Employees should be mindful to remind late coming guests this to avoid this issue. Hopefully Grayslake gives me my money because my kids were very upset and almost $40 to swim for 20 minutes is absurd.
