I got started in the tire business working for Mack Estep back in 1970 and Mr Estep taught me everything I knew about tires and automotive and most of all Service, it's his moto. A very honest and service minded people and Tommy is the best!
I can’t say enough great things about Estep. We burst a tire on 77 and had to be towed there. No tires available and they had them overnighted and repaired by noon the next day. Not only that they arranged a hotel for us AND got us there and back. Connie and the crew were extremely helpful and very kind. Everyone we met in Bluefield were wonderfully kind and hospitable. THANK YOU for making a bad situation very comfortable for us. You guys are great. We’re home safe and sound!
