Valentino Harrison Lost my case over billed me without notice and now we’re going through fee arbitration. I’ve made more progress getting my son back myself and saved money.
Really awful customer service, these people would rather do nothing at all than help their clients. I had a consultation at 11am and cleared my schedule for the call. Their attorney called me at 12pm, an hour later than we scheduled. He was completely unprofessional and sounded like a high school jock. Worst experience. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Crazy part is I interviewed 3 firms, Valentino was the best candidate that had experience in my type of case. I expressed my concerns and he wasn’t worried so we decided to go with his recommended strategy. To learn that he was wrong so I paid $4k and wasted time. They assigned a new attorney Ms. Harper due to Valentino being too busy. She offered to do some work for free due to the inconvenience and letdowns.
