Everything was excellent.
Attentive, patient-focused, very knowledgeable regarding research and current treatment options. Highly competent, confident and professional. My daughter who is an epidemiologist and public health professor at Berkeley participated in the visit via phone. Dr. Jean engaged us both with care and professional respect.
Dr. Jean takes time to listen and explain. I feel comfortable asking questions and I don't feel rushed.

Dr Jean listen and answered all my questions regarding previous test results. I was concerned and she assured me no worries. Set up required testing needed now. I appreciate that she has already reviewed test labs prior to coming in room. That is so appreciated when you're really working to be your best you.
