Dr. Jean was amazing, I felt heard about my concerns and she seemed to genuinely care and provide feedback and care instructions. This is the first time I've had a doctor really care about listening to my needs/concerns.

Dr Jean was well informed about my problem (aortic stenosis) before we began our conversation. She outlined my diagnosis and how it would be dealt with in very clear terms.
