I normally dont call names in reviews but management should know. Experience with Victoria has been terrible, she doesnt respond on time, she doesnt care about new prospective tenants and is lazy in her job. She was the sole reason I ended up not choosing Estelle Creek. She didn't action on my request for weeks. Management please action as one bad person make the whole team's name go bad. I might end up choosing Estelle creek again if Victoria is gone. But my decision is highly based on my experience with victoria

No response to email poor customer service
went viewed an apartment, asked the woman if the apartments had roaches, she lied and said no, we walked in the unit and roaches was coming out the sink, i pointed them out to her and she ran saying that she don’t like roaches,,,, you can’t trust these people in the office, please be careful and not get scammed by these people
I was in the process of moving to Estelle Creek and felt really anxious about getting everything done on time. Thankfully, Virginia was there to help guide us through the entire application process. She remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout, which really helped ease our stress. Thanks to her, everything was completed smoothly and we got our home right on time.
