went viewed an apartment, asked the woman if the apartments had roaches, she lied and said no, we walked in the unit and roaches was coming out the sink, i pointed them out to her and she ran saying that she don’t like roaches,,,, you can’t trust these people in the office, please be careful and not get scammed by these people
I was in the process of moving to Estelle Creek and felt really anxious about getting everything done on time. Thankfully, Virginia was there to help guide us through the entire application process. She remained calm, professional, and supportive throughout, which really helped ease our stress. Thanks to her, everything was completed smoothly and we got our home right on time. Really appreciate her dedication and assistance!
I have stayed here for almost 2 yrs and even renewed my lease but this apartment is shitty place. The apartments are filled with cockroaches and the ac barely works. They just wanna fine u where they should have just warned u as u have been such a loyal resident. There is zero facilitate
Terrible Apartments! You have to buy roach exterminator spray to treat it yourself every month because they don't barely do anything to treat it and my car just got broken into the other day and they can't do anything about it because there's no cameras anywhere! It's not worth the price at all!
Very responsive and helpful staff, great location and the Property is also super clean which I really like
