From my first point of contact, Stephanie was absolutely kind and understanding, that alone made me feel I was in good hands, even though the workshop was quite far away for me. My car was repaired quickly and received updates at every step. Even in such an unfortunate situation, their hospitality and professionalism stood out. I would highly recommend their services.

I sent my car damaged and badly scratched up to Estelle auto body, to my surprise I received it looking like new. My car was shiny and vibrant, it felt like I was getting a new car. I'm very happy with my experience with Estelle and would like to thank the team, especially Milad who took care of our car. I had a great experience with Estelle Autobody’s service and workmanship. I received regular updates via texts and felt looked after the entire time. My car looked brand new and was super clean inside and out when I picked it up. I had a minor issue with the car that I noticed whilst driving back. After contacting them, they were so accommodating and understanding and made sure to fix the issue immediately.
