This office is closed and has been for a couple of months
AVOID THIS PLACE! The service in the office was terrible. The staff did not tell me that my insurance only covered part of my treatment, so I had to go somewhere else. They then sent me bill for the partial services they performed, and it has been very difficult to get them to answer my phone calls.
I went in for a routine eye exam to be covered under my medical and vision insurance as a routine annual exam, and they billed me for a medical consultation and charged me $100. The Billing Manager Sarah was very rude and did not address my concerns about why I received a bill for a comprehensive medical exam, when the doctor only checked my eyes.
