My experience with Estela was unfortunately a negative one. After some initial talks with my parents about selling their home, they decided to work with a different agent before she began any major work (house was not listed yet). She then became defensive about them changing their minds but eventually agreed to cancel. Estela worked so hard for us! We moved to Utah from out of state, and she made herself available to show us homes on our weird schedules. When we made an offer, she did not hesitate to negotiate hard on our behalf. She was truly on our side--one would think this is always the case with one's agent, but we have had agents in the past who seemed to be working for the seller. It was wonderful to have a realtor who had our best interests at heart. Thank you, Estela!
