I wouldn't trust these fools to care for my goldfish let alone my loved ones.
This company is useless. Started calling for a doctor to come out over a month ago and still havent seen anyone. Everyday you sat on hold for ever or were hung up on. We were Promised that we would recieve a phone call the next day and nothing. This went on for three weeks. We didnt take her to the ER because her vitals were good and she wasnt in any pain, just lethargic. Yesterday my grandmother woke up and suffered a stroke. She is now in the ICU. Amazing experience!!! I cannot describe how happy and impressed I am with The Esteem House Call service. The Pysician and Practicianer that came to our house were extremely profssional, attentive and very friendly throughout the entire visit. I definitely recommend Esteem for anyone needing a house call physician.
