Very disappointed with the service I received. I had a consultation booked. Took Annual leave. They had the times mixed up then couldn't say the surgeon would be on time in fact thought he would run up to 2 hrs late. Rearranged for app on Gold Coast with brisbane surgeon for this to be changed to the Gold Coast surgeon. Then to find out you r charging $11990 for augmentation!!!! Then want to charge me & $150 for another consultation with Brisbane surgeon when I question the costs!!!! Not Happy!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I am 1 week post op and have had the best experience with Esteem, from getting messages each day from Rena checking how I am, to having big chats with Justine at my post op appt today, as well as the care I received at the hospital on the day of surgery. Ive felt soooo comfortable right from initial consult and would have no hesitation recommending these guys, thanks soooo much guys.
Had surgery 18/8/17 and cannot believe how well my recovery is and that says a lot about Dr Chinsee skills not to mention the result so far. I highly recommend this company as they are prompt with response to anything and Dr Chinsee is so approachable 5� 10/10.
Im so upset with my results and have not been game to go back as i know they will tell me if i want them fixed i will have to pay i can not afford another breast augmentation surgery ! I was so excited for my new breast and gave it time and hoped maybe they were still getting shape etc i would never recommend esteem in brisbane everyday i wake up and see them it makes me sad
these guys are amazing dr ian chinsee and the team love u all. and only 3 days po and im n love with my twins xoxo
