Esteem has become so much a part of me and a necessity as oxygen is for the body. First and foremost, not only do I love Coach D as my trainer but she is a spirit filled woman of God who invest in your spiritual being as well as the physical. I praise our Sovereign Lord for sending me her way.

When I Tell you that EATT has and continues to help transform me into a better me. The Boot camp and the individual training is helping me do things either I’be never done or not done in a while!! Donna Nealy ‘s God given gift works it’s up to you!!
I love the atmosphere, the music helps me to get through my workouts. I feel as though, not only is my weightloss is a concern but my total well being is as well.
