Had new phone and door security system installed through a company called NuWave in OH. The phones have been great. The door system had many technical issues at first but the reps from ESI and NuWave worked hard to get it fixed. It took some time, however, our door system is operating. Updated 12/18/23 The system was mostly working fine. They still haven't been able to fix ALL of the bugs because our system still goes through bouts of issues with our members not being able to scan. We are thrilled with our voice over internet phone system and with Estech Systems. Their customer service is phenomenal. We had to make a 911 call at my work last weekend and I was pleasantly surprised at how the phone handled the call.
I have been with Jan-Pro for over three years now an ESI has been the best phone system I have ever used.
I obtained new VOIP phones from ESI, and saved money. The new phones are easy to use and a big improvement over my previous VOIP phones.
We have been very happy overall with ESI. We use it in our office and have not had any issues. We would definitely recommend.
