The community is beautiful and has great amenities. Me and my husband just moved in and the process to get in the community is extremely hard with vigorous applications to go through. We literally did everything that was asked by Tracy who is a manager there. We signed a lease for a Unit and then was told after I got change of address and insurance on it that it wasn't available due to issues.
