The process was very smooth and quick. The staff management and the maintenance team were great
Great until it wasn't. After moving out due to a $400 rent increase, we receive a statement of charges surpassing our $500 security deposit. After emailing Emmequi Alsina, Assistant Community Director, they admit we documented the damage when moving in, but are being charged $160 to fix a single blind slat when moving out. We received this notice 20 days after moving out.
I made an appointment online. Arrived for my appt. the leasing agent had no idea an appointment had been made, had nothing ready. She was very nice, just ill prepared. The grounds past the gates were very disappointing. Landscaping overgrown, trash containers everywhere. Dented and faded garage doors, dented gutters, and shotty looking work on the remodeled unit I looked at. I was exited about this property after seeing it online only to be extremely dissapppinted once I saw it in person.
