We moved into a one-bedroom apartment a few days ago and would like to give a HUGE shout-out to Beverly in the leasing office. She is kind, professional, hard working and assured all was perfect prior to, and during, our move. The grounds are well-kept, many happy kids playing (and dogs too). Great gym and pool.
I just started moving in literally on the 12th and so far everything has been great and everyone I have encountered in the leasing office has been so helpful and nice. Even from the beginning when I simply was inquiring Wyclef really swayed me. Thank you all so far for the smooth transition and I look forward to seeing what the future holds here.
I wasn’t approved. But that’s not why I had a bad experience—I checked out a 1/1 on self guided tour and and 3/2 was available as well, but I really wanted to see a 2/1 or 2/2. Second tour I drove all the way out there expecting a two bedroom available for viewing but there were none. The night before late that night I had submitted an application for a 2/2. I wholeheartedly would not recommend renting from here. The website, not even pulling up due to an error code should’ve been all the red flag I needed. Only the application portion of the website would work. How convenient to only be able to collect people’s money. I applied for a one bedroom apartment with a lease starting five days before I would be able to be in the state and accept keys.
