I lived here for a year had no problems for months then I got pregnant got attacked by a dog off leash no cameras around had to go to the hospital to make sure my baby was ok called the office and they can’t do anything unless I knew his apartment number no cameras around nothing. The only reason this property is not receiving 1 star is because of Beverly. From the moment I first inquired about the apartment to the day I moved in, Beverly has been responsive, helpful, and professional. Her consistent support has been the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. I moved in on October 7, 2025. Since then, I’ve submitted more than seven maintenance requests — on day one. That alone should raise red flags for anyone considering moving here. My unit was not properly cleaned before move-in.
