Brian maintenance technician is an awesome professional and takes care of business
Brian is a very considerate and hardworking maintenance worker! We put it in a request last night after 9:30pm bc our AC stopped cooling the apartment. Brian called, he said he can leave us a portable AC unit for the night. He came by this morning, fixed the problem (while telling me and showing me what was wrong), and our AC is working perfect now! Thanks again, Brian!

Roaches, Rust and Mold. Get a lawyer. The worst rental property I have ever seen. From day one, they said hey we got you a newly renovated place and delayed the move in date meaning nowhere to stay for the night. Okay it happens great. Finally, get my stuff moving in and from day, one hundreds of roaches climbing all over my stuff my kitchen utensils, pots, plans and cups. They were in the shower, closet sink and cupboards.
