I have had a great experience living at Estates on Maryland! The complex is very well kept, the apartments are nice, parking is easy, and the pools during the summer are the best. A big thank you to Brian from maintenance who has helped me out every time I’ve needed it with speed & kindness!

I do NOT recommend living here. I rarely leave reviews, but after only several months here, I feel it's important to share my experience for anyone considering this property. Unfortunately, the issues started BEFORE I even moved in. I left multiple voicemails while trying to finalize my lease and went days without a response. There were delays in receiving my lease documents and they moved my expected move-in day back, making the leasing process unnecessarily stressful. Admin was friendly. Maria and David are super friendly! Liked the place and applied. Management uses 3rd party vendor "Two Dots" for identity/ income verification. I make more than enough to qualify. I'm self employed. My customers pay me directly (through Zelle etc). I LINKED my bank account. Two Dots "can't" verify ownership of my business even though it is public record and therefore won't "verify" my income. They showed my income at ZERO even though I have thousands coming in.
