I’ve lived here going on 5yrs. Estates on main has become like family. Let’s start with the most important part. The living quarters are spacious to be an apartment. I personally have one of the largest units. Luckily they have different sized units to fit all family sizes and needs. I have an updated kitchen, new carpet, the kitchen is immaculate with new counter tops, and marvelous cabinets. Horrible place to live now, it use to be nice but new owners and management Denise Palmer is rude and has no people skills, she will not listen to problems and talks over you, then if you continue to speak she will literally start yelling at you. She will sit there while the phone rings and not answer it. Oh and don’t need repairs because it could take a year literally. Rent goes up $100 a year. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
Long story short these apartments suck. Lived out here for 3 years and will be gone soon. Maintenence sucks my door has been broken forever and they never came. The apartments are infested with mice and the rent is too expensive for these old apartments. The pool has been down for all 3 years that I’ve lived here so they need to take pool off the site as an amenity. To put it simply... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! To start, Carlton Equities as a property "management" company is a joke. They don't manage a single thing, except making sure to collect your money. By moving here in 2023, I thought I was done with them when they took over Townhomes at Fairways aka Shaker Square, but alas, they soon took over Estates on Main as well. It is now time for renewal, and I was informed that to get me at "market rate", my rent increased $100, putting me over $1600 in rent for these apartments. $1600!!!!! ... read more
