Air conditioner went out and the maintenance man Felix came through with a portable air conditioner and put it together for me. I greatly appreciate him because he went as far as staying after hours to assist me . Thank you Mr fix it Felix
Had a really great experience with one of the maintenance team members today. Felix was very friendly and helpful with our air-conditioner being down. This is the first time that maintenance has actually taken the time to look and repair our unit over many years. Thank you Felix for your quality of service to your tenants!! EDIT: Although Felix was very helpful, unfortunately our air conditioner is not fixed, fingers crossed that we get prompt service on this request.
I just wanted to shout out Felix for trying his best to work on my repairs in a timely manner. I work from home and am extremely uncomfortable in the heat. My AC went out and he brought me fans and kept me updated on the repairs. I got my AC back today and i couldn’t be happier. Thankful for such kind and thoughtful employees who care about my well being. Brandon also has resolved every request I’ve asked of him and appreciate how quickly he responds my maintenance request.
If I could I would give the leasing staff and maintenance at Estates on Main a 10! I love it here. Sade and Denise are very kind, thoughtful and very compassionate people. They do their best to accommodate everyone with the right place for each resident. They are very knowledgeable have ample experience and are helpful when dealing with questions and concerns.
