This company cares about maintaining a tidy property for its tenants. The propert manager, Mary, is polite and wonderful. It is people and properties like this that make working with Vertus Management a pleasure.
I lived here for 3 years and it was the best renting experience I’ve ever had. The units are spacious, nice, and reasonably priced. The landlord Mary is awesome!! She is so kind and helpful and treats all tenants is a respectful and friendly manner. I never knew apartment managers could be nice until I lived here! George, who is the maintenance guy is great! Anytime you need anything, he’s there! I would highly recommend Estates at Wilhaggin!!
I would just like to say what a pleasure it has been to reside at 385 Parkfair drive in Sacramento! The management has been superb with Mary at the helm....always working diligently to ensure every need is met and every request is looked after! Her response time to any concern has been immediate and the turn round time for any work on the units has been extremely prompt. I’m not sure why there are 1 star reviews, but I highly reccomend this apartment complex! The washer & dryers are a little expensive (get a unit with washer and dryer inside), but besides that, the units are nice, the area is safe, your next to a lot of great stuff and walking distance from a Starbucks (which is great for students). I stayed here for 1 year and I found it to be better than the other apartment complexes that I’ve stayed at, including the Element (which was NOT SAFE.
