This builder should not be allowed to do business in our state. Their quality of craftsmanship is poor and unacceptable. They are unresponsive and have no sense of urgency to meet their own deadlines. They repeatedly fail to perform, daily. They do not deserve your business. Ask any owner in any Crescent community about their experience. Buying a home is too important and people deserve better.

If you are considering buying a Crescent home please know that this company has terrible follow through. We have lived here over a year and cannot get anyone to actually follow through on the one year repairs they promised. Unfortunately this is the experience of a lot of people in our neighborhood. In general we like our house but really wish Crescent would follow up on their promise to make things right that were either done poorly or not at all during the build.
I wish I could leave 0 stars! DO NOT PURCHASE CRESCENT IN PRIMM SPRINGS!! DON'T WALK AWAY...RUN!!! I wish I had listened to my gut before closing. The paint job in our house was atrocious! The paint around our bath tub was so bad that they came in and put tile to hide it, but they used the wrong color grout and didn't even fix the paint around the tile! Now, they refuse to fix it saying that it was an agreement that the project manager made with me, and so there's nothing they can do about it because he no longer works for C... read more
