Zero star is what is needed. Horrible , horrible management - no service requests are taken care of. No matter online requests or personal or calls - they do not attend. All girls say is we will call back when we want to talk to the manager, but no return call. If one complaint , its okay but there a are so many, appliances do not work, roaches everywhere - list never ends - just waiting to end the lease and get out. Please do not move in here atleast till the management is changed. All they want is money, no concern for the... read more

This staff is harassing and the management is worse . They have photos fake as this place is nothing but trashy . They are the most unprofessional business in Columbus I have ever seen in my whole life . Never stay here
The “estates” at new Albany “luxury apartments” is the biggest laugh you’ll get after living here for a year. Constant screaming children in the streets, maintenance problems monthly, and a slow increase in your utilities bill over the time you live here will make you realize what a mistake it was. A strong reason we chose this place was because it’s “pet friendly”. Weeks after we moved in we got a scathing note taped to our door about our dog, saying if we didn’t fix his barking “they would”.
