The management staff is attentive and friendly. The area boasts lots of shopping and great restaurants. Truly a fabulous find.
We have truly enjoyed our experience here at the Estates! My roommate and I had just moved to Houston when we began our lease and it was in the perfect central location to explore the city. Their office staff has also gone out of their way, particularly within the past weeks to help us with a leasing issue. Their ability to help us find a solution earns them five stars!
Everything at this apartment complex is great except for one aspect, and that's the garage security. They sell you on a gated secure apartment complex it in the 3 months I've lived here my vehicle has been broken into 3 times. There has also been a truck put on blocks and all four tires stolen twice. I have also talked to other residents that have had the same issues. I wouldn't be as upset if the apartment complex would be trying to do something about it and improve their security but they aren't. they also haven't taken th... read more
I love living at the Estates! It's a great property in a good location with amazing amenities. Office staff is always willing to help and the units have great floor plans. Absolutely love it!
