Guys I suggest to not move in here. Literally they charge you very much more then it should. Every month there will be drastic variations into your bills due to X, Y and Z’s. They change upfront then what they say. Most importantly no gesture of respect/courtesy. They charge you $45 every month for useless cable connections instead for doing it with wifi/internet connection, but now after many complaints they might have started that. Just picked up the keys to our “newly renovated apartment” that is somehow missing a ceiling fan and light in the guest bedroom. While the apartment was leased sight unseen, the virtual tour rendering shows a ceiling fan and light The response from the office? “Some of them just don’t have lights” we definitely were not warned about this prior to signing a lease. Save yourself the headache and hassle of looking here.
The apartments are clean, with a new design, and reliable fixtures and appliances. Any discrepancies are immediately handled with great results. The management are informative, helpful, and diligent with everything brought to their attention. The complex itself is open, safe, and clean. The gym and pool are two of the great focal points for the community to have fun and exercise. There's plenty of places to eat and enjoy not far from our location. I highly recommend a look and possibly a place to select for living.
We have been living here for a couple weeks now. Even though we have had to call maintenance a couple times, the issues have been a quick fix. The apartment has been clean, working, and the staff has been great. My wife and I were a little hesitant with the negative reviews but it has been an overwhelmingly overall positive experience. Even with our A/C went out on a Sunday, emergency maintenance came by and fixed it quickly. Much appreciated
