Edit - July 13th 2026: Updating review from 3 to 4 stars. After past incidents regarding water issue, management and maintenance crew has been very responsive with other requests. They have been very helpful, and we appreciate their efforts. I will continue to update this review based on our experience (we are planning to move out end of July 2026 for personal reason). When it comes to maintenance this complex is on top of it, always there within the day or early morning the next one. Shoutout to Mario!
If I could give zero stars or even negative stars, I would, but unfortunately it does not allow me to do that. My dad and I have lived at these apartments for over four years, and I honestly would not recommend this property to anyone. When we first moved in, the apartment looked okay on the surface, but things started declining very quickly. It a good place to live. I have stayed here for more than 2 years now. No issues from management. The location is good. The major con here is the waste disposal system. The management makes us pay extra for trash management calling it "valet trash disposal". But this just let's trash lay around in front of ur apartments throughout the week. Sometimes racoons tear the waste bags up and spreads the waste everywhere. Not a nice scene. Can't call friends over as this looks disgusting.
Whitney at the front office was amazing! She made my move-in process so easy and stress-free. Mario from maintenance was also very kind and helpful. I really appreciate their great team service!
