**Update!** They are filing in the pool and have just cut down the dead trees in front of my apartment!! The stairs have been repaired. I also hear that we are getting a new trash valet. (Still doesn’t justify $35 a month!) They have replaced the mail boxes and I finally got my mail. I raised my review to 3 stars because they really are trying to fix the place up. I moved into my unit expecting a clean and comfortable living space, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. Within days of moving in, I started noticing fleas inside my apartment and I don’t even have pets. On top of that, there’s a family of raccoons living near my building, which has made the environment feel unsafe and uncomfortable. DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. That apartments are disgusting and moldy. I had mold growing in my dishwasher and on my bathroom tiles. They are overly expensive. I think the office manager is pocketing the rent money because I kept getting overcharged on my rent. My rent was supposed to be $1850. But somehow it’s $2200 a month. They make you pay an extra $40 for cable. My washer stopped working and it took maintenance 3 months to replace it. It’s a nightmare I’m happy my lease is up this month. We are loving the Estates at Las Colinas, my husband and I moved here sight unseen & Whitney made the process so easy! She answered all of our questions promptly & worked with us to have our POD delivered for an easy move in. The apartments are large, bright, and have beautiful tall ceilings. The pool is great & the complex is centrally located to Dallas & north Dallas neighborhoods. Thanks Whitney & the leasing team for all your help!

Primo location. Lots of trees and shade. Big pool. Management and maintenance has been incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. It'd be quite difficult to find a nicer apartment at this price.
