Living in this apartment has been extremely stressful. Unfortunately, very little on the property seems to work properly. The front gate does not work at all, which is a major concern for a gated community. The pool is frequently locked, and when it is open, it is often not well maintained, with leaves and debris sitting in the water. The gym doors also regularly malfunction. Can’t lie, the first year was rough! There is a lot of stuff that needs to be fixed and I’m pretty sure the property manager hates me. However, Whitney is simply awesome!! Go see her if you’re going to lease here. Mario with maintenance is also awesome! He gets me taken care of. I didn’t appreciate all the mandatory amenities that I have to pay for at first but, now I’m thankful for them.
Mi experiencia es q nadie rente aquí en este condominio los bicho como mapache en el techo no te dejan descansar el personal de oficina no es eficiente con los problemas q suceden ‘alto precio y pocas condiciones de verdad no le recomiendo a nadie rentar aquí quisiera poder compartirles videos de los mapaches hasta dentro de la casa de verdad piénselo .
Gym door has been broken for a month and the excuse is there waiting on the door manufacturer. A regular key would work so much better then the crap thats always a problem since switching to "Gatewise" And gates NEVER work and stay open and have for 6 months same system (gatewise). There is alot of empty apartments here for a reason. Birthstone needs to do WAY BETTER managing there apartments.
Kayla and Sarah have bee SUPER! Las Colinas is a wonderful to reside. The customer service has been a 5 STAR for me! Miss Whitney is a ROCK STAR!
