So unkempt, unreliable website, and confused management. No effective and efficient management. No repairs initiated on time. Dog poops all around, and complicated management stages in decision making and implementation. As I'm writing, I have more than 2 months maintenance request for a leak in the bathroom without anyone coming to repair.
**Honest Review – The Good & The Bad** I hate having to write this, but I feel it’s important to give an honest account of both the positives and negatives of living at Estates. **Positives:** The location is fantastic—convenient to outdoor spaces, Dallas, and Las Colinas. My 2019 toyota Rav4 got stolen from the reserved parking. I pay 35$ a month for that space which unfortunately proved to be the most insecure place among all the apartments in Irving I have ever resided. Sadly they do not have a single security camera on the premises. The exit gate is always open which makes it more vulnerable to such incidents. Management does not care. Before you think to lease please do your research or else you will be the next victim of such a theft.
The management at The Eatates are amazing. I have lived in apartments in Irving and at other complexes, the management never check in to make sure everything is ok like the team at The Estates. The location is great, very close to Las Colinas, the floor plan is very comfortable, and I find the amenities, pool and weight room specifically, to be great and always open, unlike some other complexes in Irving. The Estates at Las Colinas is the worst apartment you can live at, please do not be fooled by the images you see online or the space they allow you to tour. I have been here for two years and cannot wait for my lease to end. The following are just a few things to notice: 1) When I first came in I had noticed the mail boxes are constantly broken, and when I mean broken I mean the metal is removed from the mailboxes and anyone can get your mail. 2) If you are locked out they will require you to get a locksmith instead of assis... read more
