apartment complex is priced right for the amenities that is offered and it's convenience to the expressway. I highly recommend it. I'm definitely renewing my lease for the 3rd year. You will simply love it.
I recently moved to Estate at Las Colinas , and had a fantastic experience. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful since day 1 , making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The apartment complex is well maintained, clean and quiet , creating a comfortable living environment. I would definitely recommend this apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live in las colinas .

Guys I suggest to not move in here. Literally they charge you very much more then it should. Every month there will be drastic variations into your bills due to X, Y and Z’s. They change upfront then what they say. Most importantly no gesture of respect/courtesy. They charge you $45 every month for useless cable connections instead for doing it with wifi/internet connection, but now after many complaints they might have started that.
