I have been a resident at this community for a significant amount of time, and it is extremely disappointing to see how much the management standards have declined. The current property manager demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and basic customer service skills — which are essential in any resident-facing role. Water consistently being shut off for the past 5 days. No water running on March 23 to 25, and again on March 28. Communication was not consistent (updates were sporadic) given the severity of the situation. On March 25, when water service was restored, we received communication stating that no additional repairs were anticipated. However, the water was shut off again on March 28. Update: why they shut off water without noticing ahead 4/5? Worst. We didn’t (and currently going on and often happen) have water. Sure, it’s poor construction but at least leasing office can update frequently please? I’m wiring in here because email does not work, nobody answer phone, leasing office door is closed even open hours. Communication please????? Update for water restoration or any emergency please???
