I’m leaving a 4 stars review and hopefully at some point I can make a change to 5. About to be 2 months and so far they have taken care of my concerns, not fast enough, especially when it comes to a 1 year old being affected, but we are good. Management knows me, I had issues with fleas, even I do not own any pets, property was infested with fleas before my move in but results are showing. Llevo casi 2 años viviendo aquí y a la verdad no habia tenido problemas hasta ahora con el aire que no funciona no está circulando aire, hace más calor adentro que afuera ya que la temperaturaesta en 84, hice 2 reportes, fui hasta la oficina me dijeron que lo resolverían ese mismo día dado que era sábado y domingo no trabajan, y no han hecho nada y tendremos que dormir con calor.
I’ve changed my review from 4 stars to 2. If you are in a pinch and need a place to live, sign a year lease, do not sign a second year!!! This first year was rough! There is a lot of stuff that needs to be fixed and I’m pretty sure the property manager hates me. The only appliances that work are my fridge and dish washer. They will probably stop working soon. I have a friend who lives here and honestly I am shocked by what they have been dealing with. I have literally been inside their apartment myself and I could not believe how hot it was. The apartment has gotten up to 92 degrees and they have been living like this every single day. On top of that, their electric bill has gone over $600 trying to deal with the heat.
