Have been living here for two years with no issue. Recently, the HOA hired Cendy Crosby who has been harassing the neighborhood with emails. She has been telling residents that they need to maintained their lawns even though the lawns are being maintained regularly. She drives through the neighborhood each week and nit-pics peoples yards. It is miserable and the community is becoming unhappy with the HOA. Have not had an annual meeting to voice our concerns or even know who is on the board of directors. I live here currently and the neighborhood is great. The only reason this place has two stars right now is due to paying $400+ HOA a year for nothing. We have a tiny park and that's it. No pool no club house no front yard care. We all are paying for nothing besides having the HOA leave letters at our doors when WE "mess up."
