The people that work here are very nice! One of the best most efficient maintenance teams I’ve ever experienced at a complex. Literally zero issues go unsolved within a reasonable timeframe. The grounds is kept clean and the neighbors both mind their own business and are friendly! Couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here!
We have lived here at estates now for 7 years and we love it here.The office team are great and so is the maintenance team.When we need anything they get on it. We love that we are on high ground and have hurricane windows and doors. Close to mease countryside hospital, our doctors to and the mall.can't beat the location. I’ve lived here for a little over a year now and I’ve really enjoyed it. The location is great, management has always been friendly and quick to respond, and maintenance is always fast and respectful. Shout out to Keith, he’s the best!
I’ve been here for a year now and I’ve had no problems with management, maintenance or neighbors! Management replies fast, communicative and are sweet. I love the maintenance men, but shoutout to Keith! He’s goes above and beyond and makes sure tenants are happy with repairs and any other issues. I’ve enjoyed living here on top of the location!
We had an issue with our HVAC unit — mold growth on the coil and an old R-22 system that was driving up our electric bill. Since we have a newborn at home, we flagged it as a health priority, and management took it seriously right away. Holly Leonard, the Assistant Property Manager, kept us updated at every step and got the unit fully replaced within just a couple of days.
