Each month there are additional fees increased to the rent, without notifying tenants, including increasing "pet rent, trash fees, and common areas electricity" even though tenants take out their own trash, pick up after their own pets, and there are more than a few lights around the neighborhood that do not work or continuously flash. awful experience here. i would choose literally anything else if i could do it over. made me beg for my deposit after they sent it to the wrong address twice.
I lived here for a year and overall had a positive experience. Maintenance was responsive whenever I needed something, and I never had any issues with my neighbors. I also enjoyed having access to the basketball gym. Ana, the property manager, was very helpful from the beginning of my lease through the end and made the process smooth. I lived here for 2+ years and would never recommend it to anyone. The units are in disrepair, and maintenance requests frequently went unresolved, despite being marked as "closed" in the portal. The leasing agents hardly replied to calls and lied outright or contradicted each other when managing to reply. The dumpster was constantly overflowing. Litter, broken glass, busted curbs/sidewalks, and dog poop were rampent. Avoid this place if you don't want a headache.
