The parking situation is abysmal, but other than that our experience here was great. Thank you!
EDITED JULY 25 ** On July 21, I reported visible mold and respiratory symptoms consistent with long-term exposure. I formally requested professional remediation, an air quality test, and temporary cooling accommodations if the AC required shutdown. On July 22, I was told someone would come inspect the unit. I specified I would be available after 3 PM. Maintenance entered the unit early without my consent or presence and removed the vent without any follow-up or explanation. Office is incredibly hard to reach. No one picks up the phone or emails back. I have tried multiple times over the course of several days to contact with no response.
The residents using the exit gate as an entrance is ridiculous....I have almost gotten into numerous accidents because of this.... unacceptable... also what i pay in rent this place should be consider a 5 star place.... yet the reviews are only 3.5 on gmaps
Liked the facilities and tour of the apartment. Only complaint I had was the amount of money required proof of, especially if they wouldn't use the money from the sale of my house to over ride said required amount.
