Zero stars if I could. Cannot get out of here soon enough! Gates are ALWAYS broken, trash is a smelly mess - there is constantly junk everywhere, hidden fees in your rent (‘common electric’), every month I am charged for a rental insurance I don’t need. I have provided proof of insurance for almost six months, yet they keep charging me and I have to dispute. Tenants keep trash at their door or on their patio/deck. Unfortunately, this has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. The conditions are unacceptable: walls are stained with urine, and parking is a constant issue with many cars parked without permits. Dog waste is left around the property, creating an unsanitary environment. Despite running two dehumidifiers, our apartment has developed severe mold problems.
