We recently moved out after living here for three years, and it was honestly hard to say goodbye. We truly loved living here. Having a grocery store, pharmacy, and other shops nearby made life so convenient, especially when we needed something last minute. I would like to recognize the leasing agent (Chris) for always being cordial, professional, and extremely helpful. He consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents with kindness and patience. His friendly attitude and empathy truly make a difference and create a welcoming experience. It is greatly appreciated to work with someone who genuinely cares and is always willing to help.
I wanted to rent an apartment, I did the application, then I had some steps that I had to complete and it was difficult for me so I called Miss Waleska (manager) and instead of finding someone nice who wanted me to move, I found a person who wanted me NOT to move, he asked me questions with a little arrogance and a little elitist I felt a little disappointed and I no longer wanted to move, it was a negative experience since the application actually I like the apartment a lot, I sent her an email writing that if she could ref... read more
- No parking for residents (more and more visitor vehicles parked in residence spots) - trash and litter everywhere ( residences too lazy to take the trash to the trash compactor) - broken appliances (laundry washer flooded the kitchen and immediately informed management, I was told it was not deemed an emergency service request) - pet owners do not clean up after their pets (don’t own pets if you will not take care of them) - random service fees added to rent with no explanation from management.
Really enjoyed my time living here! Very pleasant, quiet and accommodating !
