Just had to call for a 4th time to check on my repair status! Almost a month now! The office staff is incredibly incompetent! No follow up and lack customer service skills! I would recommend not renting here!
I have not been able to get ahold of anyone via the phone or email. I moved out July 31st. When I went to check my last water statement to pay, I was charged a rental fee for August 1st. Unfortunately since the new rental company has taken over I have not experienced the same service as before. Any service request input the months leading up to my move out date were never resolved. I want to say how wonderful Robin has been since day one for me. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and find me the perfect apartment. She made me feel like I was her only client and spent time taking me through the process of renting. I want to say that every time I am there Robyn made eye contact even if she was with another client. That is good service. I look forward to being a part of that community.
Great location. Less than 20 minutes to west/south Austin areas. Recent change in ownership has definitely been for the better. Great response times on service requests. Lana S the asst manager was SUPER helpful during the transition when my lease was up for renewal. The new owner is making some much needed improvements to the amenities.
