I had a very uncomfortable experience with an extremely rude saleswoman. I visited this store to do some shopping and inquire about consigning a couple of items. When I politely asked whether she accepted brand-new BCBG or MaxMara shoes, she patronizingly shooed me away and repeatedly said "no, no, no" without even looking at me.
