My apt at 103 chancellor had all different types of smells, was unsafe, bugs, roaches mice and flies everywhere. The building deteriorated over the years. I rented from this company for 2 years and consistently had water damage issues. Toward the end of my residency, I had started to grow mold (mushrooms from the ceiling). The property manager Andrea was absolutely no help she never answered the phone nor did she send any help. I consistently paid the rent on time the entire time i lived there. The apartment is nice but when it comes to fixing something it takes them forever
This company is HORRIBLE ! They do NOT answer service tickets . Haven’t had hot water in 5 months ! They don’t send an exterminator like they’re supposed to . The property manager don’t return calls or emails . Been living here for 6 years and never issues until this new company showed up . Boiler needs to be replaced and no matter how many time you tell them they won’t replace anything here . They only want your money DO NOT rent with this company .
