I moved out of this apartment end of January 2025 and since then I haven’t gotten my SD, they shipped my SD and it’s took about 2 months and still didn’t get delivered, it’s was sent back to their office and since then they don’t want to give me my Security Deposit. They keep telling me their team is working on it but I don’t understand what work Dey are still doing. Just get my SD ready so i can come pick it up.
‼️Warning‼️ Do not rent with this company.This location is 252 Lehigh Ave. My mailbox as well as others haven't been fixed in years.The lobby is always dirty and the box next to the door doesn’t work either.There's always package theft here in this building and upper management refuses to do anything. If I could give it zero stars I would but please doo not lease an apartment with this management company they randomly took over 235 s Harrison street in November 2024 and have yet to fix the apartment its super nasty with mice everywhere in the building I had mice issues since I move into budiling Jan 1 2024 and it has not been address or fixed the supper here is really nice and respectful but the building is so unkept.
