The apartment is nice but when it comes to fixing something it takes them forever
This company is HORRIBLE ! They do NOT answer service tickets . Haven’t had hot water in 5 months ! They don’t send an exterminator like they’re supposed to . The property manager don’t return calls or emails . Been living here for 6 years and never issues until this new company showed up . Boiler needs to be replaced and no matter how many time you tell them they won’t replace anything here . They only want your money DO NOT rent with this company .

Not a very good real estate.My daughter-in-law had an appointment there.And tried to say she didn't pay the rent. But She had money order receipts My cousin's trying to rent an appointment not knowing it was the same company Put out deposit Still waiting for the keys for the appointment.No one's ever in the office Or will they return your lady?That was spoken to her name is Kathy Martinez.Really need to get people who know what they're doing
