Jusy had service completed on a mower. Yhe service generslly was fine, did hsve a slight mishap with their messaging though , but overall was good

Bought a Husqvarna chainsaw about 12 months ago and they won't warranty it after it had issues. I've also taken in a carby from a mower that they sell to get it replaced and they couldn't even help me with that. Absolutely will never be going back
Took our Honda grass trimmer in to get repaired because it wouldn’t start….they asked when dropped off do you want a service, we did say no just need to get it repaired and running.. first….so we picked it up yesterday and they said yes we repaired it it’s still running rough and it needs a service….well “ Hello “ you can’t call me and say it’s been repaired but it’s still running roughly we SUGGEST a service now But customer service wasn’t there.
