Worst experience with a Contractor in my life. Communication, was very disreputable. They got extremely defensive when work quality was rightfully questioned. Most unprofessional company i've ever dealt with in both handling issues and communicating. Be very careful as they will say anything and smile to get the job, then its downhill the second you sign a contract. Estate Claim Services was great to work with. Jim Forrey kept in contact, explained the process and answered any questions promptly and thoroughly. At completion, he inspected the work to make sure everything was done properly and checked in to make sure I was happy with the new roof.
