Very happy with the way they handled my cat. He is very anxious and I appreciate the little things they do to try to make the experience better for the animals. They separate cats and dogs in 2 separate buildings so it’s not as scary for them either big dogs walking around, use pheromones, relaxing music, and a little scratching post and shelf’s to climb on. When my new-to-me dog fell ill, everyone — from the folks at the front desk, to the vet techs and the doc — were very helpful and took great care of us. I especially appreciate that diagnostic charges were explained upfront, so we could have an informed conversation about how best to proceed. (Happily, thanks to the Healing Paws team, my big guy is doing well and feeling great again!)

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. Dr.Beatty and her team worked endlessly to help my dog get to England. Filling out all of the paperwork and promptly fixing any errors. Communication was great throughout the whole process. Each technician and receptionist I spoke to was so kind and helpful during this anxiety and stress inducing time.

When my cat got sick, I called this office in a panic, and they had me bring him in right away. Every single person we interacted with was kind, compassionate, and caring — from the person on the phone to the front desk staff, the vet tech, and the doctor. They were very thorough and made both my cat and me feel so much better during a stressful time. I’m incredibly grateful for their care and highly recommend them.

What a caring and absolute professionals everyone was in a very difficult time when our senior jack Russell had a emergency and ultimately had to be put down.They were very compassionate and made everything as comfortable as possible.
