Established movers provided me with the best moving experience. They were on time, cared for my belongings like they were their own, unpacked my things in record time and the bill was on point. Thank you to my William and his father for making my day.
I wouldn’t recommend this company. While hourly rates are standard in the industry, this crew moved painfully slow. It took 10 hours to move a 2-bedroom/1-bath with 3 men. Of those three, only two were actually doing the heavy lifting — the older gentleman mostly drove and slowly loaded the truck, making the entire process feel inefficient and dragged out. We were initially quoted $99/hr for 6 hours with 2 movers, but it was changed last-minute to $149/hr for 3 movers, and they stretched it to 10 hours. Do the math — it adde... read more
They gave me a quote for the move. I called and spoke with Ryan. Informed him that I will purchase and provide materials. Ryan said "you can go to Home Depot. They have everything you need in the moving section ". I purchased everything they might need. After the move, they charged me $94 for the materials. I called Ryan right away. He disconnected me twice. Then, he wouldn't pick up phone anymore. Avoid this company at all costs.
After they over charge you on the credit, they don’t take your calls any longer.
