Very disappointed in this company after recommending them and using them for years. Now after Paying them and waiting weeks for them to come back out to respray. They said our weeds are resistant to their products. What a contradiction to what their business represents. Kills Weeds?
I have used EST for the last 4 - 5 years. I have been very satisfied. They are always on time, pleasant to work with, and Sandy in the office is kind and professional. Are there sometimes weeds that resurface after a service? Sure. But I've always called Sandy and explained the situation and the guys come over and retouch that area. I am having the same issue as Edward B. Ed Taylor came out and sprayed the weeds but he missed about half of them. He told me to wait a couple of weeks and they eventually would all die, but of course, if they didn't get hit with the spray how was that going to happen. We have called numerous times and he keeps promising to come out to respray, but so far he is a "no show". I don't know how someone like this stays in business.

Mr. Coburn requested a one time spray and I told him it would not kill all the weeds. He insisted I spray because he was selling his home. As our policy is customer satisfaction, I am respraying his property at no additional charge even though he has no warranty and it was clearly printed on his invoice.
I contracted with EST to spray my lot, about 0.7 of an acre. They sprayed on 7 November with weed killer and pre-emergent. They stated there was no warranty. They also didn't use a color agent so I couldn't tell where they sprayed. I called after two weeks to tell them the weeds weren't dying. They said wait for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they said they would come out to give me an estimate to respray, again without a warranty. I said no. I have weeded by hand since then but new weeds ate sprouting and I can't keep up. Mr. Barnett is a will call customer and was informed that he had no warranty when he stopped our regular service and when he contracted for our service again. The fact that he had no warranty was printed on his invoice at the time of service. He contacted our office and I offered to inspect and respray any areas not controlled. He refused to allow us to inspect the property or perform any remediation. I did inspect the property from the road and did not see any deficiency.
